We Are Retiring to Florida

My husband and I knew we were going to move to Clearwater as soon as he retired. We have a really nice home here in New York, but we did not like the cold winter months. We wanted to be in warm weather all year round, so we decided to let our son and his family move into our home in New York after we moved south. It would help him out, and we would have a nice place to stay when we did come up to visit all of them. When we looked at Clearwater homes a few months before his retirement, we were able to find a lot of really nice ones. We knew that we wanted at least three bedrooms even though it was just the two of us. We have three kids and hoped that they would be able to come visit us throughout the year too. The home that we selected was just perfect for us and within a month of his retirement, we were calling it our own!
